‘location location’ was established in 2006 by Tom & Mairead Maleady as a boutique style agency aimed at the Co. Clare market.

We are a family run independent agency with over 45 years in house experience servicing all property requirements.  We first opened our doors to the letting & property management market, we recognised the demand in the investor/landlord market and identified the need to support the investor.

As our clients needs grew so did our company, expanding into residential sales, new homes, commercial & valuations throughout Ireland.

Broke into the commercial market by bringing Hillbilly’s to O’Connell Street, Ennis.

2007 brought our first step into the commercial market, which has been going from strength to strength ever since.

Celebrated being market leaders in lettings and property management.

Daft.ie awarded us Clare’s Number 1 lettings agency; a title we still proudly hold to this day.

Tom trained as a BER assessor.

A building energy rating is a rating on the overall energy efficiency of a building (residential or commercial). The rating is similar to the energy label on your fridge and is denoted on scale of A to G, with A1 being the most energy efficient and G being the least energy efficient. BER Certificate.

Excitement hit the office, one Wednesday morning, when local developer Drumquin Construction instructed us as the leading sales agent of a new housing development at Gort Leamhan in the popular residential area of the Tulla road. Later the following year, we celebrated selling out the development.
