Location Location was established in 2006 by Tom and Mairead Maleady as a boutique property agency serving County Clare. Since then, the business has developed into a trusted, independent agency with a strong local brand, an established client base and more than 45 years of combined in-house property experience.

Originally specialising in lettings and property management, the agency was created in response to the growing need for professional support among investors and landlords. As client demand increased, the business expanded into residential sales, new homes, commercial property and professional valuations.

Today, Location Location offers a comprehensive range of property services supported by extensive market knowledge, innovative marketing and long-standing client relationships. Entering the Commercial Property Market

In 2007, Location Location entered the commercial property market by helping to bring Hillbilly’s to O’Connell Street in Ennis. This important milestone marked the beginning of our commercial property division, which has continued to grow from strength to strength ever since.

Expanding Our Energy Expertise

As Location Location continued to broaden its property services, Tom completed his training as a Building Energy Rating (BER) assessor.

A BER certificate measures the overall energy efficiency of a residential or commercial property. Similar to the energy label found on household appliances, buildings are rated on a scale from A1 to G, with A1 representing the highest level of energy efficiency and G the lowest.

Tom’s training added further technical knowledge to the business and strengthened the guidance we could provide to property owners, landlords and buyers.

A Decade of Auctioneering Leadership

Tom celebrated ten years as an auctioneer, marking an important milestone in the continued growth of Location Location.

Known affectionately as “The Talker,” Tom’s communication skills, commercial vision and commitment to exceptional customer service helped shape the company’s approach to property sales. His experience across new developments, second-hand homes and coastal properties strengthened the agency’s residential sales expertise throughout Ennis and County Clare.

This milestone represented more than an individual achievement. It reflected the development of a stronger team, a trusted property brand and a service-led culture focused on delivering outstanding results for every client.

Mairead celebrated ten years of driving innovation and exceptional client service at Location Location.

Known affectionately as “The Commander-in-Chief,” Mairead’s ambition, attention to detail and commitment to exceeding client expectations helped shape the company’s professional and personalised approach. Her focus on communication and consistent follow-up became an important part of the service standards experienced across the business.

Mairead also played a central role in developing Location Location’s lettings and property management division into a recognised market leader in County Clare. Her willingness to embrace new technology and improve established processes helped position the company at the forefront of modern property marketing and client service.

This milestone reflected how innovation, efficiency and exceptional customer care had become firmly embedded within the Location Location brand.

Launching Our First New-Homes Development

Location Location reached an important milestone when Drumquin Construction appointed the agency as selling agent for Gort Leamhan, a new residential development in the sought-after Tulla Road area of Ennis.

The appointment marked our entry into the new-homes market and demonstrated the strength of our sales and property-marketing expertise. The following year, the team proudly celebrated the successful sell-out of the entire development, further strengthening Location Location’s reputation in the County Clare residential market.

2014 — Advancing Our Valuation Expertise

Thomas Maleady, MIPAV, TRV, MCEI, achieved the TEGoVA Residential Valuer designation, marking an important development in Location Location’s professional valuation services.

This internationally recognised qualification strengthened the company’s technical expertise and provided clients with an established mark of excellence, professionalism and reliability in residential property valuations.

2015 — Launching Our First Executive Development

Location Location launched its first executive residential development, Radharc Na Bhoirne, in Barefield, County Clare.

Supported by a focused sales and marketing campaign, the entire development sold out within just six weeks—demonstrating the strength of the agency’s new-homes expertise and its ability to deliver exceptional results for property developers.

2016 — Celebrating Ten Years in Business

In 2016, Location Location proudly celebrated ten years in business and a decade of growth in the County Clare property market.

By this milestone, the agency had developed into a comprehensive property-service provider offering residential and commercial sales, lettings, property management and professional valuations completed in accordance with recognised European “Blue Book” standards.
