What do we require if you wish to rent a property through our agency?

If you wish to secure a property through our agency it is important that we receive a security deposit (equivalent to the first month’s rent) within 24 hours. If you decide not to take the property having paid the deposit location location will have to deduct administration costs from the deposit and return the balance to you.

 

References must be brought to our office as soon as possible. We will not accept references on the day of the signing of the lease.

 

Bank References: some banks will not issue a proper banking reference unless the prospective tenant has a long-standing account with their branch. If this is the case location location will require that the tenant’s salary be stated on the work reference.

 

Rent will be paid via standing order, unless the landlord of the property requests otherwise, and a standing stand order will be set up by the offices of location location.

 

Utilities (gas, where applicable, and electricity) location location will transfer utility bills into the tenant name on the date of move in. Various supplier may require BIC & IBAN details to transfer the account into the tenant’s name. This is non-negotiable.
